EVALUATION OF THE STATE OF THE INSTALLATIONS
In 1996 Systec and the North American company Building Solutions carried out technical audits in the installations of two hotels of the Sheraton hotel chain with the specific goal in mind of analyzing the convenience of acquiring them.
In this job, Systec coordinated liaison with the management and the technical personnel of both hotels, and also obtained key information for evaluating the state of the buildings and their operation, technically as well as financially.
The work group, incorporating both Mexican and foreign personnel, consisted of experts in finance and in engineering.
With this project Systec demonstrated its capability for integrating multidisciplinary, national and international proactive work teams, and doing so with successful results. |
