TECHNICAL AUDITING OF THE INTERNATIONAL BRIDGE ZARAGOZA-ISLETA
The technical auditing was carried out on the international bridge between Isleta on the Mexican side and Zaragoza on the North American side.
At the time of the audit, the bridge was a concession of the Secretariat of Communications and Transport (SCT) and GUTSA Construcciones, S.A. de C.V., the company in charge of executing the work.
This international bridge consists of two traffic sections, one for automobiles and the other for trucks. Systec’s job was to audit the physical conditions of the installations and the preventive and corrective maintenance program.
Technical visits to the international bridge were carried out, and it was inspected in order to verify the structural conditions and the installations. A technical report, complete with photographs and explanatory videos, was prepared.
Systec was in charge of the local marketing survey so as to obtain costs of repairs and a forecast of the value of the corrective and preventive maintenance programs for the length of time covered by the contract. |
