Each participant will have his/her own computer and will receive a manual in Spanish detailing step by step the contents of the course and the methodology

 
Objective

The course is designed to quickly and easily give the user a complete overview of Primavera Project Planner. The course focuses on the planning, programming, control and analysis of projects.

The participants will create a new project in P3, using the three basic elements of Administration of Projects: Program, Resources and Costs.

  • Create the dictionary of activity codes
  • Define calendars of the project
  • Add activities
  • Add relations
  • Calculate the program manually
  • Calculate the program with P3

  • Compress the program
  • Create a Meta Program

At the end of the course the student will be able to:

  • Develop the project and codification structures
