Objective

The course is designed to quickly and easily give the user a complete overview of Primavera Project Planner for the Enterprise. The course covers the manner in which P3e is used for planning projects, establishing timetables, control and analyses.

The participants will create a new project on P3e using the three basic elements of Administration of Projects: Program, Resources and Costs.
