In October 2003, the Governing Board of CMA, Consejo Mundial del Agua (World Council of Water) bequeathed to Mexico the organization of the 4th World Water Forum .
The 4th World Water Forum is an initiative of the CMA, whose objective is to raise the consciousness of water problems all over the world. As the most important international event on the subject, the Forum seeks to propitiate the participation and dialog of multiple attendants in order to influence the establishment of policies on a global level that will assure a better standard of life for humanity worldwide, as well as more responsible social behavior towards the use of water, in congruence with the goal of reaching a sustainable development.
As of April 2004, Systec has been collaborating with the Secretariat responsible for organizing this event, using Primavera’s technological tools and its experience for coordinating the introduction and use of those programs, in order to achieve a harmonious and efficient participation of all those responsible for the principal themes in the planning of the event. |
